Hi all - I'm seeking copyright permissions for illustrations to accompany a chapter in an edited collection. Does anyone have information on A. Shishov, V. Konstantinov (perhaps Valentin?), or B.V. (perhaps Boris Valentinovich) Shcherbakov? All were artists whose illustrations appeared in the children's magazine Murzilka in the years 1941-1942. I've already contacted Murzilka, VAGA, and RAO, and they have no information on them. Thank you for any leads or advice.
