Dear members of the SHERA listserv,

It’s hard to believe, but November is around the corner, and at the end of
the month is the annual ASEEES conference.

Just a reminder that our annual SHERA membership meeting is scheduled for
Saturday, November 22,at 3:30 pm in Grand Ballroom Salon A of San Antonio
Marriott Rivercenter. A dinner for members is planned afterwards at a
local restaurant, location to be arranged. Every existing or potential
member is welcome to attend. To avoid any possible confusion, we would like
to make it clear that this dinner is is not complimentary.
Attached please find a list of SHERA-related sessions at the conference.
In compiling this list, we attempted to limit it to sessions oriented to
the study of visual art, in which either all or majority of papers relate
to art history, film, or architecture. Some "mixed" sessions on literature
and film, music, dance, and performance might have been excluded, because
they contained only one or two papers relevant to the visual arts.
Hope to see you all in San Antonio!
