ASEEES 2015 Business Meeting Minutes & Call for nominations for incoming Secretary-Treasurer and Web News Editor

Dear SHERA members,

Please find attached the minutes of our most recent business meeting at
ASEEES in Philadelphia on November 20, 2015.

Among other items, you will see that members are also invited to submit
their nominations for two soon-to-be-vacated SHERA officer positions:

   - *Secretary-Treasurer*: 2-year term (previously 3 years) to begin in
   January  2016 or by agreement with current Secretary-Treasurer (Yelena
   Kalinsky); may be occupied by one person or two people splitting the duties
   of Membership Coordinator and Treasurer (please indicate in your
   nominations if you wish to run for separate or joint position); duties
   include maintaining SHERA's membership list, producing the annual
   membership directory, sending out call for membership renewals, keeping an
   eye on SHERA's finances, managing SHERA's paypal and bank accounts (along
   with SHERA President), overseeing elections, maintaining related
   correspondence using the [email protected] account
   - *Web News Editor*: 1-year renewable term to begin in January or by
   agreement with current Web News Editor (Ksenya Gurshtein); duties include
   maintaining the SHERA News Blog at shera-art.org, usually by culling
   various sources of information on EEER art & architectural history, as well
   as SHERA institutional member newsletters; editor has broad discretion over
   what is posted at the blog, and can also include other social media, such
   as SHERA's Facebook and Twitter

Interested members, please send your nominations and self-nominations to
[email protected] during the *nomination period, December 7-13,
2015.* Voting will be held during the week of December 14-20, and the new
officers will be announced on December 21, 2015.
