RSVP reminder

Dear SHERA Members,




I am sending this reminder because I think I've received, so far, less
responses than the likely number of those who plan to attend. So, do not
forget to RSVP!


As you know we shall have our SHERA meeting at CAA, in Washington DC,
on Friday,
February 5, from 12:30 to 2 PM at the Hillwood Museum & Gardens, which is a
short cab ride from the conference hotel.  The address is 4155 Linnean Ave
NW, Washington, DC 20008. The exact location within the museum is not known
precisely; it is going to be either the Hillwood Museum’s CW Post Center,
as indicated in the conference program, or in the Museum’s Visitor Center.
Information will follow.



The second part of Alison Hilton's SHERA-sponsored session "Exploring
Native Traditions in the Arts of Eastern Europe and Russia," will
immediately follow the meeting.  It is slotted for 2:30 to 5 PM on the CAA
schedule.



It is not necessary to register for the conference to come to the meeting,
but conference registration is required for the attendance at the session.
Remember that you have an option of registering for a single session.



Please RSVP to [email protected]  by *Sunday, January 17*, so we
know how many of you will attend the meeting and can provide this estimate
to our hosts.
