Dear SHERAns!

I hope that you are having a good summer break. I am happy to welcome new
members who joined us recently, including two institutions: St. Petersburg
Arts Project and The Getty Research Institute. We are looking forward to
working together with the newcomers and share with them the benefits of the
SHERA community.

SHERA received its first donation to establish the Maya Semina Graduate
Student Travel Grant. The details about the grant and the application
procedures will be elaborated during our ASEEES membership meeting, which
will take place on Friday, November 18, from 6:15 to 7:45 PM at Wardman DC
Marriott, Mezz, Jackson.

SHERA membership meeting at the next College Art Association annual
conference will also take place on a Friday: February 17 from 5:30 to 7 PM
at Bryant Suite, 2nd Floor, New York Hilton Midtown.

Please mark your calendars: our membership meetings are open to the entire
SHERA community.

Looking forward to seeing you in November and February and enjoy the rest
of the summer!

Natasha Kurchanova
