S. Army officer turned spirit-possessed cannibal) One Man's Hero (1998 -- Tom Berenger as an Irish-Catholic U. S. Army sergeant who defects to Mexico) One Man's Hero (Mexican War) and Rough Riders (Spanish-American War) would, I think, probably be the top of the list for classroom use . . .
