I was actually on the phone with one of Ford's biographers, Scott Eyman,
when I read this and he never heard this before. He said there was nothing
in Ford's papers saying anything about Broken Arrow and having interviewed
James Stewart extensively, he thought that Stewart would have mentioned it
if this happened.

It's not conclusive, but there's something for you.
