Join us this year, as a returning or first-time participant, in the Adaptation area, a long standing, well-represented area with outstanding past presentations.
The Adaptation Area this year encompasses traditional approaches to adaption, including 
Adaptation theoryNovel-to-film, novel-to-TV, TV-to-film, or film-to-TV adaptationsGenre adaptation (homage, parody, etc.)Stage-to-screen adaptation (excluding Shakespeare)Film remakes (Dredd, Total Recall, The Amazing Spiderman, Red Dawn, etc.)Games, songs, cartoons, graphic novels and comic books to film adaptation
Special topics this year include Sherlock Holmes  (including the Guy Ritchie, BBC, and CBS adaptations)The HobbitOn the Road
