Re: Adaptation and 3-D

H-Film colleagues,
I am contemplating a course on adaptation next fall, and my current thinking has me breaking the class
into several sections--one on an adaptation of a classic novel, one on an adaptation of a short story, one
on an adaptation of a story collection, one on an adaptation of a novel from a film, and one an adaptation
of a graphic novel.

I have given some thought to this list and have a list of candidates for all of my categories, but I would
still welcome suggestions for any of the categories before I make final choices.

I also have a particular question about 3-D.  One film I am considering is the Tintin movie, and I would
be interested in showing it in 3-D.  Does anyone have any experience in showing 3-D Blu-ray copies?
If so, did you find good sources for glasses for your audience?
