From: Jonathan Blaney <[email protected]> The Institute of Historical Research and British Library will be holding a 1-day conference on The Monarchy and New Media, on 7 February 2013 at Senate House, University of London. Speakers will address topics such as the monarchy's relationship with telegraphy, radio, newsreel, television and film, and the day will end with a discussion of the British Library's collation of a new web archive of the Diamond Jubilee coverage.
