From: Jackson, Tony <[email protected]> hi everybody, i have a question. does anyone know of films in which a *film* actor loses him/herself to the acting role? I know of 'a double life,' in which ronald coleman loses himself to his stage role as othello. 'black swan' you can read as natalie portman losing herself to her role as the swan queen. and i know of two twilight zone episodes in which the actor ends up being permanently *in* the film. these two are the closest to what i mean, but they're fantasies. so what about a film which deals with an actor losing him/herself to the role? tony j Tony E.
