The first thing that comes to mind for me is *I Love a Man in Uniform*, a
Canadian film about a television actor on a cop show who starts wearing the
cop uniform outside of work, and things start to spiral out of control.

There is an excellent one, 'Bol=EDvar soy yo', Colombian, by Jorge Ali Tria=
na. It is about a soap opera actor, playing the role of Bolivar, who at tim=
es apparently thinks himself Bolivar, with a variety of social actors, from=
 the media to the president, going along for the sake of co-opting the 'sym=
bol' for their own agendas, very interesting.
