I don't remember where we met,
Or how or why or when,
I only knew that when we did
I'd found in you "a Friend."
 
We tell each other problems,
We make each other smile,
I worry if you haven't emailed
Or sent a message for a while.
  
You send a joke, a little note,
A website you have found,
And so I'm sending this to say,
"I'm glad that you're around."
  
Some people cannot understand,
A friend you've never met,
But then I guess they've never had
A Friendship on the Net.
