"CU CASTING CALL: Indie feature film "Food", is coming to town this summer and we are looking to cast day-players, featured extras and extras. "Food", directed by Daryl Wein (Lola Versus), and starring CBS' Friends With Better Lives actress Zoe Lister-Jones, follows a young Midwestern Mother who goes on a journey to uncover the cause of her son's mysterious illness. Interwoven are the stories of a powerful CEO struggling with his son's disorder, an organic farmer fighting to save his farm, and two scientists on the brink of a major discovery. "Food" is scheduled to begin shooting in the Champaign-Urbana area at the end of May and continue through the end of June.
