Hi! How are you doing? Norfolk-Southern Railroad Corporation will be reconstructing the North Broadway Avenue railroad crossing surface between University Avenue and Water Street as part of the Boneyard Creek Improvements Project.  North Broadway Avenue  between University Avenue and Water Street will be closed to through traffic beginning on Monday, August 25, 2014 starting at 7:00 A.M. and ending on Friday August 29, 2014 at 5:00 P.M., weather permitting. A detour route is provided via University Avenue to North Race Street to Main Street. Access will be maintained to all properties on North Broadway Avenue during the railroad crossing work, but no through traffic will be permitted on North Broadway Avenue between University Avenue and Water Street.
