Coinciding with the 100th anniversary of World War I, this magical dream-scape of a love story tells the tale of an aristocratic British girl, Mary as she dreams of her first love, a young Canadian working-class soldier, Charlie on the eve of her wedding. This romantic play takes us from the prairies of Alberta to war-bound troop ships to the trenches of France and back again before Mary awakens on the morning of her wedding day and prepares to set forth on the next stage of her journey.
