the open house

​I just wanted to post a note to say Lee and I ventured out from our
normally cloistered life to see Will Eno's THE OPEN HOUSE, continuing now
at the Station.

We prepared by reading aloud Eno's recent Broadway play, THE REALISTIC
JONESES, in the days preceding.

But we still taken by surprise with the twisty humor, the ​unexpected
casting, the wallpaper, the disappearing puppy, and the way it almost
seemed no one really communicates and yet, in the end, maybe all families
are more alike than we like to believe.  The actors do a wonderful job and
it would be a shame for people to miss the show.
