While Dawn is in the magic box, at the start of the ep she apears to be wearing black pants (though they may also be very dark blue), they do not seem to be normal jeans because they apear to have some sort of "lace up" side, you dont really get a clear view of them. Latter in the Ep when she goes "out on the prowl" for Holloween She has changed into a short dark paterned skirt, with black stockings or tights, and knee length boots....
