Unlike some ppl, who might immediately start in on how unjust your post is,
I actually can agree to some points (to tired to list them all or argue over
anything I dont tho, lmao...) and can totally sympathize with not liking a
lot about a show but still loving enough to sit thru every episode. I seem to
feel that way about a *lot* of my "fave" shows, *and* some movies too.
But no matter how much I dislike certain points, I think those good moments
are definitely worth it. Good with the bad, etc. LoL.
As for "Buffy" specifically... its the sappiness that kept me hooked, and
still does, as I still watch it whenever I can also. A few of my fave eps are
"Something Blue", "Tabula Rasa", and "Hush". I *could* go on... hehe.
But thanks for the indepth review of what was wrong with the show. It
certainly was interesting to read... ^_^ since no one else is posting anymore...
Should we start up again by posting our fave moments? Fave quotes? Etc? Ideas,
people. This *is* a discussion group, riiight...
