Welcome John! I think that you will love it here at BAF. It seems that we have a couple things in common already... one being that my favorite episode of Buffy is also "Once More With Feeling" and two is that I am a fellow East coaster. I live about an hour from Philly. :) Do you go to any Buffy/Angel conventions? galactica1981 <[email protected]> wrote:Hi, everyone! Buffy the Vampire Slayer is my all-time favorite TV show (Angel and Firefly are not far behind). I would love to meet other fellow Buffy fans. My favorite episode is "Once More With Feeling". I thought that was a masterpiece through and through. I am one of the few who never cared much for the Buffy-Angel relationship. I think Buffy-Spike was way better. I was also one of the few who really enjoyed the Angel- Cordelia relationship and was hoping for them to get together since Angel's first season. I was also intrigued by the potential Buffy-Xander relationship in the beginning of the show. It seemed to me that there were major hints that they were building toward this during the the second year of the show, and then it was just dropped completely. Does anyone know if they were ever actually planning on going in that direction? A couple of things about myself. I am 32 years old, single, and live in central New Jersey. I do sales for a living. In my spare time, I enjoy teaching people a system called Educo for fun. Educo is really simple. It is about how to stop excessive thinking. Most people can't control their thinking. Their thoughts are like a runaway train. All negative emotions come from thought. If you want an example, just try to experience a negative emotion without thinking. It's impossible. Thoughts interfere with true happiness. If you can learn to drop them, you'll experience life on a whole new level. With a clear mind, it is easier to have a laser beam focus on your goals. When you can do this, you are able access the infinite power of the unconscious mind, and success becomes much easier, even effortless at times. You can achieve miracles. Hope nobody minds this shameless plug, but I've started a Yahoo group about Educo at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/educo1 I don't work for Educo, I just enjoy teaching these concepts to people. In fact, I'm so passionate about this stuff that I wrote a 30-page document that is on file at the home page. I think this is really powerful information that could make a big difference in people's lives, and I'd like to spread to the whole the world all the amazing things I've learned that have made a huge difference in my own life. Hope to hear from you all! John --------------------------------- YAHOO! GROUPS LINKS Visit your group "buffyandfriends" on the web.
