I don't but I can tell you how to get one in a few easy steps, it may be 
a bit technical though so bear with me.

1. Goto Amazon.com
2. Search for Fire Walk With Me DVD
3. Click on 'buy' and enter you details.
4. Wait for a few days until you receive a package though the post.
5. Open the package. Inside you will find a plastic case, now carefully 
open the case and inside that there will be a shiny disc thing.
6. Insert the shiny disc thing into your computer.
7. Use one of the freely available pieces of software to convert the 
movie into a xmv or avi file. And there you go.

Any problems just give these guys an email saying what you are looking 
for. Be sure to give them your full name and address.
