Did annie time Travel?

In FWWM,Annie tells Laura that the good Dale Cooper is in one of the lodges (i forgot 
wich),and  to write that down in her diary.At the end of the seires,Cooper goes ino the 
Black Lodge,and he probaly gets stuck there.How did Annie knw that good Cooper 
was int the black lodge?Could it be that evil cooper was in TP all along?Or maybe 
Annie time taveled.........
