Don't Hold Your Breath

We would have gotten the second season a lot had season one had 
significant sales.  Maybe season2 is selling off the charts.  I doubt 
it.  How could the first season not included the pilot ?  I have had 
the pilot on DVD for years.  I walked into a Barnes & Noble and there 
it was.  It is a Japanese release of the Europen version.  It includes 
the add-on ending to wrap things up which at worst is worth a cheap 
laugh.  The quality of the disc is excellent.  New release?  It's not 
about the fans but $$$$$$$$$$$$$
