Garmanbozia

The last line of 'Twin Peaks Fire Walk with Me' (where 'Fire' and 'Me'
must be Thoth and Maat), the one-armed man and the dwarf are in de Red
Room and they both say to Bob,
   Bob, I want all my garmanbozia
[Just before we hear this line, we *see* the baboon Thoth].

From the context it is clear that 'garmonbozia' must be the suffering 
caused by enlightened people (that is: alchemists that are aware of 
what has been hidden in the dark and is to be merged with reality).

This is what I want to know,
 1. What is the origin of 'garmanbozia' ?
 2. What does it mean ?

Since it is the final word of Twin Peaks, it must be *very important* in
the real world. In my previous contribution to this list I mentioned
Dietrich Eckart - I just learned that these are the final words of 'Mein
Kampf' by Adolf Hitler.

So please 'enlighten' me about this 'garmanbozia'.
