I've been to the Twin Peaks Festival in August 2000...
pretty cool to see the filming sites...

the Salish Lodge aka Great Northern is still open,
the Mar-T was closed due to the fire but might be open again now,
the Sheriffs station is the office of the local sawmill,
the sawmill, the train bridge, the trailer park, the picnic place,
the Roadhouse, the High School, Big Ed's Gas Station
and his house with the Silent Drape Runners... ;-))
all these locations around Snoqualmie & North Bend...

Sunday morning 8am to 9am on Bainbridge Island
visiting the filming site of the Martell home,
were Pete found Laura, the kitchen with the wooden table,
the interior shots of the Great Northern...
now that's a private place, you can't go there easily...

Sunday afternoon in Poulsbo on Bainbridge Island
was a picnic with Cherry Pie & Coffee... :)
a lot of fans showed up, some actors, I remember
Big Ed, Log Lady, Little Man, Betty Briggs...

I also remember the Guy who appears on the DVD set
in the funny interview with Ben Horne,
he is subtitled as 'Ueber-Fan' and seemed really into it...

maybe I go there again one day, it's really cool...
