I'm seeing new posts on all my gmane groups/lists, including this one, 
obviously.  (Well, all I'd expect, some are low traffic and one is bugged 
somehow in my client and I've never traced it down.)

If no new posts are showing up to an individual group/list, the reason is 
almost certainly because gmane's subscription to that list, by which it 
gets the posts to actually post (even posts thru gmane don't appear here 
directly, but rather are forwarded to the list and only appear back here 
after they come thru on gmane's subscription to the list), has fallen off 
the list-serv's list subscription.

And in fact, someone else mentioned that sourceforge dropped gmane's 
subscription to some list, as they apparently dropped a lot of addresses 
for people who weren't watching close enough to update when requested, I 
didn't track which one but the message is here, and gmane was trying to 
resubscribe.  Since your list/group is sourceforge-based as well, it's 
almost certainly the same problem.

So the thing to do is request a re-subscribe, like the other guy did with 
the other list (tho for all I know it was the same one you mention, I 
didn't track which list it was).  But I'd /guess/ they'll be on it now, 
due to this thread, without a formal request.
