Flushing queues

After some directories ran full today, I looked into and fixed a couple
of problems with spinning scripts and size limits and stuff and got the
news server running again.

While doing that, I also found 200K messages in
/var/spool/news/incoming, which I'm now flushing, so you'll see old
articles being posted to groups.
