It looks like it is still hit or miss.  I have sent several messages to: 
gmane.comp.apache.user and none of them appears.  However, the apache 
server might be down as when I tried to eMail to the list using: 
<[email protected]>, it too didn't work.  I know I am subscribed to 
the list so something is not working.

I think the entire IT industry is broken!!!;  We need to start from 
scratch so that we get it right all the time.  Nothing works these days.
