Delete PrefBar groups

Hello,

PrefBar is no longer maintained and the combination "Mailing list and 
Newsgroup" was just a try which never really satisfied me and so never 
came to use.

So if you want to clean up your database a bit, you could remove the 
following:

gmane.comp.mozilla.prefbar
gmane.comp.mozilla.prefbar.announce
