Request: Neomutt user/devel mailing lists

In case you've never heard of it, Neomutt is a set of patches and
enhancements to core mutt - including the NNTP plugin I'm (and I'm sure
a lot of other users) are using to connect to Gmane :)

There are standard [email protected] and
[email protected] lists.

I recommend the names gmane.mail.neomutt.devel and
gmane.mail.neomutt.user respectively, to mirror the corresponding Mutt
lists which are already on Gmane.
