Re: Update your news reader to point to news.gmane.io

I've been going through the data today to see whether there's any major
groups of mailing lists that have been missed by the un/resubscription
process.

All "confirm" messages to kde.org failed, but I tweaked the message, and
then they went through, so most KDE lists should be fine now.

A bunch of gnu.org lists weren't processed at all because the mailing
list type was marked as "unknown".  I changed it to "mailman" and ran
them all through.

The biggest player now that doesn't want to er play is freedesktop.org,
with about a 100 lists.  And they all bounce:

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

  [email protected]
    host gabe.freedesktop.org [131.252.210.177]
    SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<[email protected]>:
    550 5.1.1 <[email protected]>:
    Recipient address rejected: User unknown in local recipient table

But the messages from the lists themselves have this in their headers:

List-Unsubscribe: <https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/options/intel-gfx>,
 <mailto:[email protected]?subject=unsubscribe>

So...  er...  does anybody see the problem here?
[email protected] looks very similar to
[email protected] to me.
