right. And to do so, you need to create an account first.

I CCed you in a dicussion on the topic I had with Magnus Hagander of 
postgresql.org - did you follow it?

The process would require to add the @m.gmane-mx.org addresses as 
secondary addresses to that community account which requires a 
confirmation link to be clicked. Then each address can be used to 
subscribe to one mailing list again.

I would volunteer to do this, but am unsure if the confirmation mails 
can be processed. Further, I'm not to happy to 'own' that community 
account - both it's primary address and it's password. I would prefer 
to keep that in your hand.

Annother approach could be one account per list - in that case the 
lists would 'own' it themselfs, but it would be possible to request a 
password-reset mail beeing sent to the @m.gmane-mx.org address which 
seems to be an unfortunate situation either...
