Update the Resubscribe the Remmina mailing list

Hello, all

The Remmina project has abandoned SourceForge and its mailing lists.
It is now located at: https://remmina.org/ , with the
support/development mailing list at [email protected] .

The new Gmane Admin interface asks me to sign in, but I do not see a
way to register to begin with. Also, it wants to know the mailing
list software used, which I cannot tell. Shall I ask it on the
Remmina mailing list?
