I think we've misunderstood each other.

I was answering the question of whether it technically is possible to
create such a list.

I wasn't offering to do so (it wouldn't be my decision to make, and as
you probably have guessed, if it was, I would choose not to provide it).

As I have written twice already: I don't speak for Gmane, only for
myself.

I used to help with handling subscription requests, but I can't be
"identified with Gmane", as you put it.

I'm simply spewing my own opinions, just like you. See, we do have
something in common! :-)
