Gmane admin work is a volunteer effort. Sometimes patience is needed.

A lot of things can happen - often a mailing list will drop Gmane from
the subscription list due to a temporary network outage somewhere
leading to bounces, or some other random occurrence.

Usually it's not possible to find out what the cause is, so the cure is
just for Gmane to resubscribe with a new address, and crossing ones
fingers.

If you want to investigate further, you could talk to the owner of the
mailing list and ask them if Gmane is still subscribed.
