Hello, all

When posting to gmane.comp.db.oracle.general, I receive an NNTP
message saying the group is read-only:

    441 gmane.comp.db.oracle.general is read-only

The entry in admin.gmane.io says no such thing, and even to the contrary:

    An unmoderated forum for the discussion of anything
    to do with using Oracle databases.


Why dois this group read-only in Gmane?
