I think https://gmane.io/ and https://admin.gmane.io/ is it now.

I think reporting spam has stopped being possible - if I remember
correctly it went through the web-interface?

I think .discuss, .announce and .test are the "special" ones.

I haven't got any special setup for spam scoring, I rarely see any in
the groups I follow...
