server offline, and "news.gmane.io/0 Name or service not known"

news.gmane.io is suddenly offline all the time, but now and
then I can open it again. It goes offline until next time
I check tho.

When I try to open it and it works, sometimes it says

  news.gmane.io/0 Name or service not known

When it doesn't work it doesn't say anything, it just
stays offline.

What's going on?
