After mentioning this in irc://libera.chat/%23gnus, and being asked
about the html treatment settings, I eventually tried to glance at the
functions doing the translation, if I'm not misreading the code, in
gnus-html.el, href's value is assumed to be surrounded by double
quotes. Is this supposed to be ensured somewhere else when processing
text/html parts? (Feedbase uses single quotes for the "Link" link.)
