Does this work, too?

The gmane.discuss/gmane.test mailing lists were down for some months
because I upgraded quimby.gnus.org, and Mailman 2.1 disappeared.  But
I've now installed Mailman 3 and done the painful manual
re-configuration, so perhaps things are working again...
