Message with code example wongly recognized as email address

One of my messages where a code example was wongly recognized as an
email adress as converted:
 nntp://news.gmane.org/gmane.comp.apache.karaf.user/25482

That was weird! (what is replaced is the version number of a github
action in a snippet of github actions YAML)
