Reading Other Mailing Lists Over Nntp

This nntp service for reading mailing lists is great!
It provides me a cool way to read different lists that I'd like to read
with out jamming up my inbox.
What tooling do you use for this setup as I'd like to do something like
this for some lists I am on that are not completely open to the world at large?
Some of them are blindness specific and others are for a group I hold a
membership through that has a yearly cost.
