Yes, we should probably use the "Acholi" spelling with the "h",
although as is not uncommon for primarily spoken languages,
orthography conventions are somewhat variable.

We are using "Bamanakan" for lang-bm as that is apparently the native
speakers preference, used by the African Localization network
(pootle.locamotion.org) and our Pootle instance.

AnLoc uses Chiga, but Kiga is not wrong, I'd opt for Chiga.

We have an active Songhay localizer, Mohomodou Houssouba, who I would
toss this question to, but I believe 'Songhay" is preferred.
