about table text rotation in Dialog_FormatTable

Hi aaditya,

Just as we disscussed in IRC before, I am now spenting some time on
Windows code merging issues. About the UI design of  table text
rotation, I think there will be a lot similar issues with my project
in Dialog_FormatTable.  How do you think of that? We can have a small
discussion about that OVER IRC to avoid some code conflicts. thanks
