Is/was that different from the one in the ghostscript font package (Dingbats
001.005)?

Not all the bullet characters will be displayed. The closest I can get are
9 bullet characters, i.e. all but squares and stars. Both are missing in
ghostscript font package's Dingbats 001.005.

Do you get all 11 bullet characters in the Bullets and Numbering dialog?
