docs folder

Dear All,

The AbiWord documents currently present in /abiword/docs are really,
really, really old.  So old it is possible they are more misleading
than helpful.

Creating fresh documentation is not a task that anyone that I know
really enjoys very much.  If any one does want to begin tackling this,
or at least make a review of the existing docs and determining whether
they are more help than harm, it would be a very nice contribution.
Even knowing they should be dropped is better than shipping them if
they are too old.

If a new document is created (let's say targetting a 3.0 release), I
would be happy to work with the author on how best to set it up for
L10n.
