Problem with enchant on Windows 7

I managed to build enchant 1.6.0 with MinGW-W64 gcc 4.8.2 on Windows 7,
but whenever I issue 'enchant -l' I get:

`c:/enchant/lib/enchant\libenchant_ispell.dll': The specified module 
could not be found.

`c:/enchant/lib/enchant\libenchant_myspell.dll': The specified module 
could not be found.

Couldn't create a dictionary for ES

Both modules are indeed present on c:\enchant\lib\enchant, but I get
these warnings and cannot do anything.
