Abiword Documentation

I would like to help to improve the docs. for this project.

I would like to update the howtolists document (which I wrote in 2002), 
write a howto on text boxes, and perhaps one on dates.

I need the assistance of someone willing and able to check, comment on, and 
commit my work.
