Disregard plz. Apparently I had some different size footers in a
couple different sections. I didn't realize I had section breaks in
there because the formatting marks seem to say "page break" regardless
of whether it is a section or page break, unless I'm doing something
very, very wrong. Also did not expect the page size to force itself to
resize according to what I input into the headers/footers, but that's
just a M$ Word habit I'll have to break.
