You can drop a file named "keybindings.xml" in your AbiWord profile
directory. On Linux this is ~/.AbiSuite/

On Windows, this is somewhere under \Documents and Settings
\<username>\AbiSuite (sorry, I don't have a windows system to verify
this location).
